Our firm is investing, conducting joint ventures, and pursuing M&A in aviation and aerospace related sectors. Of primary interest are currently EASA Part-145, Part-147, Part-21 businesses and EASA AOC’s.

Hence, we are looking for motivated sellers and/or cooperation partners for joint ventures and aviation shareholders and business owners who look for investments.
